Dates are an unusual ingredient for a smoothie but’s that why I like this particular recipe. It puts me in mind of Middle-Eastern travels – Turkey maybe – despite being made Greek yogurt! I love this shake – especially after a workout. It’s both refreshing and satisfying and really REALLY creamy. It may be a bit calorific for some people but straight after a workout it really hits the spot and helps me recover faster.
