The idea of starting my day without breakfast is completely foreign to me. Maybe it’s just a habit or my upbringing but I just cannot skip breakfast! The trouble is, many breakfasts are loaded with carbs; pancakes, waffles, toast and jelly, breakfast cereals – all carbs! Luckily there are some great alternatives that are as tasty as they are healthy.
