I enjoy desserts. I don’t have one every day, but I do like to have a sweet treat once or twice a week, especially if I’ve been exercising hard! I don’t tend to buy desserts but, instead, make them myself. That way I can make sure I don’t end up eating a bunch of junk food. I’m also able to control the amount of sugar I eat too.
