Now, let’s look at one great recipe – it’s Fried Bananas with Honey and it is a dessert dish which is filling, sweet and an absolute pleasure to eat!

    Ingredients

First, you’ll need one banana, which you should slice up. You’ll also need one tsp. of honey. In order to add a little spice, you’ll need cinnamon. Olive or coconut oil should be utilized in order to fry the fruit.

To prepare this Paleo dessert, drizzle a bit of oil in a fry pan which is heated to a medium setting. Then, place your slices of fruit in the pan and cook them for a couple of minutes on each side. Next, use a whisk to combine honey and water. After this, take the pan away from the burner and add your honey sauce. Once the recipe has a cooled a little bit, add some cinnamon.

As you can see, it’s possible to prepare this satisfying dessert in just minutes. In addition, it will cost so little to prepare. After all, you probably have a banana, oil and honey in your home kitchen already! Since it’s such a crowd-pleaser, it may just be a great way to introduce Paleo recipes to your friends and family. It’s also a perfect way to indulge after a busy day.

You will not need to feel deprived on the Paleo diet. When you add Paleo desserts into the mix, you’ll get the sweetness that you want, without breaking diet rules or eating unhealthy ingredients. Bananas contain lots of potassium and they are also very filling. This is why there are perfect dessert choices.

Frying them in Paleo-friendly oil and adding honey and spices will make them more special and memorable. Once you’ve made this recipe for the first time, you should be able to make it from memory, without a recipe, whenever you want to.
