    Fruity Sorbet with Ginger

If you’re interested in embracing the Paleo diet lifestyle, you’ll find that this cool and fruity dessert helps you to enjoy a little welcome indulgence, without breaking Paleo diet guidelines. Since you’ll need just a trio of ingredients in order to make this Paleo diet recipe, you’ll also be able to whip it up in no time flat. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll find that it’s one of the simplest and most satisfying Paleo diet recipes.

If you want other dessert ideas, feel free to check out our free Paleo diet recipes here. They’ll help you to create the ideal Paleo diet menu, day in and day out…

Now, let’s talk about which ingredients will be needed and how to prepare this frosty and summery sorbet, which will definitely be the perfect finishing touch to any meal.

Ingredients You Will Need to Buy

If you don’t have a couple of ripe bananas on hand at home, buy them and then freeze them. Just two bananas will be enough for this recipe – however, they must be ripe and they must be frozen. In addition, you will need one cup of strawberries – make sure that they are whole, rather than sliced or quartered. These berries will also need to be frozen. Lastly, you’ll need one teaspoon of ginger, which should be grated.

    Directions

Preparing this dessert will be simple. Just throw everything into a blender or food processing machine. Blend the ingredients until they are smooth and enjoy this sorbet right away, or freeze it in order to enjoy it at another time. Texture will change depending on when you eat it. If you eat it right away, it will have a “soft-serve” consistency, which may be appealing to you. If you freeze it and eat it later, it will be more like churned ice cream. So, you can enjoy two different textures or select your favorite and then stick with that.

Now that you know how to make this yummy sorbet, why not offer it to your friends and family? When you do, you may explain how it fits in with the Paleo diet lifestyle. Many people lose weight and feel wonderful while they eat Paleo-style, so your nearest and dearest may decide to try the Paleo lifestyle, too. Along with the right diet, people who embrace the Paleo lifestyle should lift weights and get a lot of other physical exertion.
