Ever since I decided to start eating healthily to lose weight, I have made it my habit to eat fruit for breakfast. Fruit is jam-packed with vitamins, minerals and fiber as well are carbs for energy. Fruit is nature’s vitamin supplement and really is one of the best ways to start the day.
However, as healthy as fruit is and as much as I love it, sometimes I don’t feel like eating first thing in the morning and that’s where fruit smoothies come in.
Ready in minutes, tasty and refreshing, a fruit smoothie really sets me up for the busy day ahead.
Of all the morning smoothies I make, and I have a LOT of recipes, one of my all-time favorites is strawberry smoothies and I’m betting once you try some of my strawberry smoothie recipes, you’ll love them too! Strawberries combine easily with lots of other fruits to create delicious smoothies that will change how you feel about breakfast forever.
