I want to know if this program is good for people that are diabetic. Also I am handicapped in a wheelchair and I want to know if this program will work for me because I can not exercise like a walking person.
I downloaded the 21 day fix recipe book from this site but several of the recipes don’t have the breakdown of the containers. Spinach Salad with Chicken, Avocado & Feta Cheese, pumpkin muffins and the meatloaf are specifically ones I am interested in.
