Slow Cooker Beef Recipes

Beef is one of the most popular meats in the world, and a real family favorite. It’s high in taste and protein, and cheap cuts of beef are transformed in the slow cooker to melt-in-your-mouth delicacies!

The long, slow cooking process helps break down the collagen that holds even the toughest cut of beef together, rendering it so tender you’d swear it was fillet steak. Just typing this is making my mouth water.

But, unless you follow a few interesting recipes, it’s all too easy to end up making the same old variation of stew each time you cook with beef. Now, don’t get me wrong – I love beef and potatoes as much as the next person but I also like a bit more variety in my diet too.

Beef is really versatile and is the cornerstone of many great recipes – not just stew. Of course, you can also use different cuts of beef to add even more variety to your recipes and your meals.

Here are some of my favorite beef-based recipes. Remember, when it comes to cooking beef in a slow cooker, cheap cuts work as well as if not better than more expensive cuts. Just remember to brown the meat before you put it in your cooker and your meal will be delicious!
