In contrast, this bread-free wrap is not only filling and packed with taste, it’s high in fat-fighting protein and is low in calories, sugar, and fat, And, even better, you can put it together in minutes. I especially like the heat of the horseradish combined with the natural sweetness of the raspberries but if you want to cut out even natural sugar, skip the raspberries altogether. Remember, natural occurring sugar is totally ok on a no sugar diet.

Ingredients – Servings 1
2 tablespoons 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
2 leaves bibb lettuce
4 slices lean deli-style roast beef
1 medium tomato sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
Method
Combine the yogurt and horseradish and spread on the lettuce leaves. Top each leaf with a slice of roast beef and tomato. Roll into a wrap and serve with the raspberries on the side.
