If you’re committed to the Paleo diet, which is known to be filling and nutritious, you may be interested in finding new recipes which are compatible with the Paleo plan. When you choose this delicious and high-satiety egg salad recipe, you’ll be able to enjoy a great lunch in no time flat. This recipe isn’t difficult to make and it’s designed to offer plenty of protein, vitamins and minerals.

Once you’ve mastered this Paleo diet lunch recipe, you may want to try other Paleo recipes, such as Paleo diet snack and Paleo diet dessert recipes. You’ll find an assortment of impressive recipes at our website. Learning a few recipes will make it easier to put together a Paleo diet shopping list and menu plan, so we do recommend branching out and trying new things. It’s one of the keys to sticking to this diet.

Now, let’s talk about how to prepare this exceptional and Paleo-friendly lunch recipe…

    Which Ingredients Will You Need?

First, you should know that you’ll need quite a few eggs! This recipe calls for eight eggs, which should be hard-boiled and then chopped up. In addition, you’ll need a couple of tablespoons of chives. Fresh herbs are best, but feel free to utilize whatever you have on hand. As well, you should get one-third of a cup of mayonnaise ready. Lastly, you’ll need half a teaspoon of paprika, as well as half a cup of red peppers (roasted and diced). If you like, you may also add salt and pepper once the recipe is complete.

To prepare, place every dry ingredient in a large bowl. Then, add your mayo and stir it around – all ingredients should be well-coated. After this, add the seasoning according to your own preferences and then place the bowl in the fridge for forty-five minutes to one hour. Cover the bowl in plastic wrap (or use a plastic lid) before you refrigerate.

This recipe is great, especially if you’re fond of eggs. As you probably already know, eggs and meat are key components of the Paleo diet, along with plant-based foods and nuts.

If you enjoyed this recipe, be sure to check out the other “caveman diet” recipes at our website. Once you do, you’ll be ready to enjoy all that this natural and effective diet plan has to offer. Without exploring our recipes, you may feel a bit limited by the rules of this diet.
