Like most people, my days are very busy. From the moment I wake up to when I go to bed, my day is full of work, family commitments, working out, and trying to find time for family, and friends. Sometimes I wish there were more hours in the day, or that I didn’t need to sleep!
This lack of time sometimes means I have to rush to make healthy meals to eat. The trouble is, I know that if I grab an unhealthy snack instead of a healthy meal, I’ll lose energy and soon start to see a dip in my concentration and productivity. Any time saved will soon be lost!
That’s why I often start my day with juice for breakfast. Making a fresh juice only takes a minute or two and I can then drink my juice as I get ready to leave my house, or even on my way to work.
The juice gives me energy, doesn’t contain lots of sugar, and is super-healthy. I’ve tried lots of different juice recipes for breakfast, but this one is one of my favorites!
