Hi Sarah, Thanks for your site. My issue is that I have been diagnosed with an infection in my gut and my doctor wants me to be on zero sugar, zero fruit diet. Do you have a list of brands or items you can buy that don’t have added sugar? For example, the baked cabbage and sausages, I can’t find any sausages that have zero sugar.
Hi Jayme. Thanks for your comment and your kind words. Thanks for pointing that out, the best option would be to buy fresh sausages from the butcher. I believe fresh sausages have no added sugar, but to be sure it’s better to ask. Good luck and have a great day.
