I’ve always found that the easier something is, the more likely I am to do it, and as soon as something becomes too complicated, I often end up losing interest.

In my quest for an easy life, I’ve looked for the best diets, the simplest ways to eat more healthily, the most straight-forward workouts, and now, with slow cookers, the easiest cooking methods.

You see, most of us lead very busy lives and must balance work with family commitments. Our free time is precious so why spend it doing things that make life harder? That, as far as I’m concerned, it’s not the way to a happy, relaxing life.
