I ask myself questions every now and then, and that’s what makes me search, research, read and learn more about a host of different topics. 

I’m always looking for ways to increase wellbeing, increase bodily harmony and develop a more peaceful mind.  

Giving up sugar was a huge challenge for me but, with that challenge, came huge rewards and there are so many more things we can do to increase quality of life.
