The delicious fish recipe contains a little fat, about four grams per serving, but that fat is very healthy! It’s also super-easy to make and is perfect dinner for two.

Ingredients
- 2 4-ounce skinless salmon fillets
- 1 ½ tablespoons whole-grain mustard
- 1 ½ teaspoons pure maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Black pepper, freshly ground
- Seat salt, freshly ground
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Grease a small baking tray lightly with olive oil. Place the fish on the prepared tray.
Next, in a small bowl, mix the mustard, paprika, and a little salt and pepper.
Cover the top and sides of the fish with the mustard mixture. Leave for a few minutes to soak into the flesh of the fish.
Bake for 8-12 minutes so the fish is just cooked through. Serve with a fresh green salad, or vegetables of your choice.
