      I do have a hard time getting the link for the breakfast recipes. I clicked it and it only showed actual links and didn’t work. The “snack approved” link has worked so I know it’s not the page. ?

      Living in east Africa visiting 4 month a go to U.S., I saw your tv ads, I bout the package for the 21dayfix , I have no word to thank you , struggling my weight for a long time , confused with crush diet , up & down wight problem stressing out, take a lot of weight management piles , but this is a miracle for me so easy to fallaw it been a week know seen I started I lost 4 pounds thank you thank you so much, this is alife change.       Happy New Year…I just discovered your blog, and I find it really great. Thanks for taking the time to write it.
      I just downloaded the 2nd edition of your recipe book.
      I already tried the banana bread..It is delicious!! However I noticed that the number of teaspoon is only one. I redid the math, and my result is 4.5 tsp per serving…I added the coconut oil and the peanut butter and convert the quantities in teaspoon…Can you tell me if I am wrong.

      HI there…I am just starting my 4th round of the 21DF and was in the search for recipes to spice up my diet a bit and I’m so happy I came across your website!! I have just received my free copy of your 2nd ed recipe book. I’ve only just quickly browsed through the recipes and am excited to try them all out! Is there a way to also get the 1st ed?

            Thanks for your comment. Yes, no problem. Added sugar should always be avoided as it’s one of the main reasons for getting weight (“How Sugar makes you fat“) . You can check this 21 day fix approved pancake recipe and you can reduce the added sugar to 1 tablespoon of sugar. On the recipe you can see the fix portions. Hope I’ve helped. Have a great day.

      For the spinach salad with chicken, avocado and feta cheese, are the container numbers for the entire 4 servings? So one serving of it would be a quarter of the containers listed?
