Superfoods are super healthy and are loaded with important nutrients that are often hard to get elsewhere. The trouble is, it’s not always easy to get superfoods into your normal diet. That’s why superfood powders are so useful; they are concentrated superfoods in supplement form so they are easy to use, low in calories, and very nutrient dense.
While you can just mix your superfood powder with water or juice, there are lots of other things you can do besides. Here are seven of my current favorite recipes that include superfood powder.
